Alicia Mendez, CPCS is President and CEO of AIA Credentialing & Consulting Services. Ms. Mendez founded AIA Credentialing & Consulting Services on November 7, 2003 and incorporated the company on December 20, 2006. She is a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist as designated by the National Association of Medical Staff Services with over 15 years management experience both in the managed care and hospital settings. Currently she is the President for the New Jersey State Association of Medical Staff Services and has served as Chapter President. Ms. Mendez has written an article on “Volunteerism” for the National Association of Medical Staff Services and received the Volunteer of the Year award at the New Jersey State Association Medical Staff Services conference in April 2009. She has also chaired several committees for the New Jersey State Association Medical Staff Services and has chaired the Volunteer Development Committee for the National Association of Medical Staff services. In 2010, Ms. Mendez was chosen to become a speaker for the National Association Medical Staff Services. She has also conducted many presentations to a variety of professionals in healthcare. Most have been about customer satisfaction, volunteering, best practices, healthcare law and NCQA updates. |

Ann provides direction for overall operational activities. Her extensive management experience offers clients the leadership necessary to navigate credentialing within all settings and regulatory requirements. Ann is responsible in providing on-going training and technical assistance to associates and provides guidance to internal staff on operational issues. |

Luis Mendez is instrumental to the provider enrollment process. Leading our team of provider enrollment specialists, he ensures applications are processed and followed up timely. Our practitioners and clients have come to rely on his payer knowledge and expeditious response to any and all inquiries. As a liaison between practitioners and managed care networks and government payers, Luis has continuously developed and maintained relationships with managed care representatives to facilitate our clients enrollment process. |
